Located on centuries-old farmland, nestled in the rolling hills of Newtown Township in the heart of beautiful Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Delancey Court is a premier active-adult community convenient to the major metropolitan areas of Philadelphia and New York.

Fine dining, shopping, cultural events and a wide range of recreational activities can be found nearby. And just minutes away is the borough of Newtown, with its quaint shops and historic homes, and the charming towns of New Hope and Doylestown, Pennsylvania, and Princeton, New Jersey.

The centerpiece of our Delancey Court community is our luxurious clubhouse, which includes a fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, bocce court, conference room, game room and great room with a catering kitchen.
